Payment
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure and confirm your session date. This deposit will be applied toward the total balance of your session.
The following payment methods are accepted: Zelle, Apple Pay, Cash App, and cash.
Late Policy
Clients are granted a 15-minute grace period. After 15 minutes, a $15 late fee will be applied to the session balance.
If arrival exceeds 30 minutes past the scheduled start time, the session will be canceled, and the full session balance will remain due.
Reschedule
Rescheduling is permitted with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice prior to your scheduled session.
If less than 24 hours’ notice is provided, a $40 rescheduling fee will be applied.
Delivery
All unedited (raw) images from your session will be delivered within 24 hours. Please note that raw images are provided for viewing and selection purposes only and are not available for download. You will be able to select your preferred images based on the number of edits included in your package or purchased additionally.
Access to the raw gallery will remain available for 7 days from your session date. Once your image selections are submitted, the editing turnaround time for your session will begin.
Final edited images will be delivered via a professional, high-resolution downloadable online gallery that preserves image quality and allows for easy sharing and posting on social media platforms.
